Our lot was big, grass was thick and green.

Beautiful location! Great owners really care about the grounds and campers. They offer lots of fun themes over the season for both adults and children.

The best part was the owner/manager. He was super helpful and nice. We ran out of propane and needed some more. He offered to take our tank with him when he went into town and would stop by and fill it up at the cheapest spot for us....without charging us extra than the cost of the fill up. We didn't take him up on it but I did ask if he knew a welder for our broken steps and he helped one of his friends load up their torch tank and drive over to our spot where his friend did the welding. His friend was doing him a favor and didn't charge us for it. We gave his friend $10 for his trouble.

He went way out of his way to help us out and was nice as well. We really appreciated him and the stay at the campground

owners are really humble people the kids had a good time in the playground area the showers and bathroom could use a upgrade grounds seemed really well kept no garbage anywhere the noise curfew was fallowed ball all campers even though it was a bit crowded for our taste we still enjoyed it very much and was surprised at how cozy it felt was a little farther out of Fredericton then we had wished but we'd stay again just for the laid back humble atmosphere we encountered during our stay

Very nice place, calm and pleasant. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Full hookups, 2 & 1 service sites. Pool. Good seasonal prices. 20 min from downtown Fredericton and 10 min from Mactaquac beach. Riverfront view. ATV trails connected to the campsite but there's hardly any traffic. Weekly events.
